Yellowstone?

Well, I think the time has come. It is time to pedal to Yellowstone National Park.

Greenland Iceland day by day, June 20th

I left SLC in the morning hours and headed to Denver for a early evening flight to Reykjavik, Iceland. I utilized Delta airlines to Denver and then Icelandair to Reykjavik. I arrived in Reykjavik in the early morning of the 21st.

Back in the Saddle!

The Completed Evening Ride Photos It was a few weeks, but I am back riding my bicycle on the trail, now I do it in the early morning.....6:00am.

The Morning Ride......Emergency Room

Lets just say I went over the edge. I was going up a steep section and I got too close to the edge and ended up with a free gymnastics lesson and a head plant into the other side of the ravine! I thought I had better go to the emergency room and make sure there were no broken neck bones etc. Monday now and I am stiff and sore! When I got home and decided to get in the shower I found these funny patches on my side and on my chest. They made me jump for a minute.....They made me laugh so I thought I would take a picture. I hope to be back on my bicycle in a week. I got my fingers crossed!

The Evening Ride Part II

I uploaded more photos of the evening ride. I still have another section to capture. I believe the ride takes about 35-40 minutes. There is another section of trail I could tack on to get it closer to 60 minutes!
